What hit me first about this piece was the subject's face, which, if she is your intended center of interest, is a good thing! The details on her face are very clear and the repeating red tones throughout the image pull it together. Truly those eyes are wonderful!
I don't know what your intended vision was for this piece, but I would advise doing a bit of research into items like the horse's head and the violin. I think having a good view of those subjects in front of you would give an opportunity for the kind of beautiful detail that I'm seeing in the character's face. Also, the placement of her hair across her chest doesn't seem to have the visible depth as the rest of her hair, and it's hard to tell if that's hair or a lace front of her bodice. The only other piece of advice I can give is in the area of ear placement. It's not so low on the human head and, if raised, might look a bit more natural.
The artistic license that you took with the length of her neck, however, I can duly appreciate. It makes the subject look very regal and graceful. I also like your texture! It lends to a very visually appealing piece. Good work, keep painting!
